Background
Recruiting young talent in a crowded market takes guts. For PLUS, we built an employer brand campaign that showed 15–25-year-olds that working at PLUS means real freedom.
Concept & Execution
Research showed young people choose PLUS for freedom. That became the EVP: 'Work Like a Boss.' After strategy sessions, everything was filmed in one shoot day: hero video, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, YouTube and in-store content. PLUS creators shared their own stories — authentic and on target.
Results
17 million impressions, 4 million video starts, €0.56 cost per click and 5% more new hires. Both applicants and current employees responded with enthusiasm.
